eduBITES closes Seed Financing of 2.1 Million Euros
eduBITES aims to address the growing demand for employee training within companies by leveraging state-of-the-art technology. eduBITES has developed three artificial intelligence-based solutions to make explicit and implicit company knowledge visible and accessible. eduBITES generates automated, bite-sized, multimodal, and multilingual learning experiences from existing internal company content and relevant external information. Companies can solve pressing knowledge management issues, such as offboarding, (Baby Boomer “Silver Tsunami”) and onboarding, knowledge transfer from experienced employees to new talents, and reskilling and upskilling of employees.
In addition, eduBITES provides companies with their own tailor-made digital corporate academies that incorporate and leverage the latest developments in content, technology, and didactics to create the best learning experiences and boost employee performance.
“Marc and his strong team have developed a sophisticated approach to tap into a very unstructured market using technology and didactics. Its strength lies in its ease of use, which makes it highly deployable,” says Lars Härle, Partner at Redstone.
“Before making the investment decision, we took a very close look at the management team and the business idea. We came to the conclusion that eduBITES will make a significant contribution to providing employees with up-to-date knowledge about their own company and its competitive environment with its technology. eduBITES thus makes a significant contribution to further qualification and employee retention in their own company,” says the CEO of Schwarzwälder Bote GmbH & Co. KG.
“We are very pleased to have won strong partners and are convinced that our unique approach will change the market for corporate education,” says Prof. Dr. Marc Drüner, founder and CEO of eduBITES.
This funding will enable eduBITES to stay one step ahead of the explosion of synthetic and artificial intelligence in the corporate market.
